The philosophy of our cuisine is the
direct result of our shopping in local markets.
Only products of the highest quality from
the area surrounding Livorno or at most,
Tuscany are chosen for our kitchen.
Sea food, meat or vegetables are only
selected when in season.
That's why our menu changes every two
months, upon the suggestion of each new season.
Our menu always includes the products of our
area and ranges to include the best catch of
the day, traditional Tuscan cuisine and
Maila's creativity.
